It’s not working

    When I clicked on “test” all points are success.
    But if I log out on page A nothing happens on Page B, for example.

    The activity Log shows:
    Alert – Logout action failed – received invalid data.
    Warning – Logout action failed – the user is already logged out.

    But also all other items like Create, Update, Delete and so on trigger further error messages or nothing happens.

    Apologies for the late reply, I have kept my involvement to bug fixes lately due to a lack of free time.

    Does the issue occur with 2 fresh installs of WordPress, WPRUS and default themes only?

    No the issue isn’t occur with 2 fresh installs of WordPress.

    Thank you for testing and confirming my suspicions.

    It indicates this comes from a conflict with with either the theme or a plugin running on your main sites.
    The next step is therefore to test in isolation, first by activating the theme and eliminate or confirm this is the source of the conflict, and if this possibility is eliminated, do the same with each plugin (starting with plugins altering login and logout).
