This doesn’t affect any old Installations to begin with @drittesta . Also this is a very standard practice. But if you still think this is more than the benefits you get with the free version thank you for the feedback.

@drittesta We have some good news. Since we started getting lots of requests from our free users to make an option for removing footer in our chat/support, we have added an option in the dashboard that will let you remove the branding at no cost 🙂 I hope that helps in your case & in that case, I hope we deserve a better rating in your eyes.
