 * doesn’t retrive the korekt rewrite permalinks of categories and tags
 * soo if you use this plugin with notag nocategory plugins
    this will make a sitemap
   with broken tag links

 * This plugin is not developed for use with every other plugin imaginable.
 * I developed this plugin for speed and to get round performance issues regarding
   existing sitemap plugins and therefore the code pulls the data directly from 
   the database rather than use WordPress functions to get round performance issues
   regarding loops, multiple calls to the same function and so on.
 * If you are using specific plugins to hide tags or categories etc then you will
   need to use a different plugin.
