Hi! I have a website where I sell tutorials through Patreon and when a Patreon member tries to click on the “Unlock with Patreon” button they are taken to a Patreon checkout page, even though they are already a paying member.
If they click on “Refresh to access this content” then they are thrown back to the same page, so they can’t watch my content.
I’ve been using this plugin for years, I always watched my content as administrator, so I’m not sure if never worked well or just now? But this is the first time when someone mentioned that can’t watch my tutorials, so I’m assuming that this problem only started recently.
    My webpage: https://unniedolls.com/new-blythe-tutorials/

What can be the problem? Help me, please!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Try to turn off any caching plugin if you have one and see if this changes anything. Also, do ask your host whether they have server-side caching. Also, the official support forum is at:

I turned off the plugin and I asked my provider to turn off their side too, but nothing changed. I still can’t see the page. If we want to “refresh” and allow for Patreon to connect to my site, it just shows the log-in page again (where I can log in with Patreon or WordPress). If I try to log in again, then I need to Allow or Deny again. If I allow, then I’m returned to the login page again.
    So it’s a squirell wheel.
I also wrote to the official support forum, but no solution by far…

You dont seem to have continued the support thread that you started there, you should revisit it and respond to the last reply. Also, do keep the support at the official forum – closing this post here – you can continue the support thread from your official forum thread.

I’m the last person who answered for that topic in the official forum thread, still waiting for a response from one of you.

Why you marked the topic resolved, when it is not resolved and you don’t answer me on the other site? 🙁

There isnt any unanswered topics at the official support forum as of this moment. If your situation is not resolved, you can update your existing topic or post a new one.

Can you send the link to the original topic, because it seems we are speaking about a different topic. In “my original” topic I’m the last commenter on that site…

We may have looked into this via email or Discord too, cant exactly tell which one. It may be better to just start a new topic at the forum and post the question entirely anew.
