    I am disappointed with this plugin. It’s been a month since I downloaded this plugin and spent days configuring and formatting the email content. Everything seemed fine, the emails were being delivered the way I had formatted them until today, when carrying out some tests on my website I accidentally discovered that the emails were being delivered without the format I initially created. One example of an error that occurred is: I placed an image of my company’s logo in the email header, properly centered, but the emails are being delivered with the logo aligned to the left. I’m very disappointed because I spent days working on this plugin and it suddenly disconfigured. Until I discovered this bug, I was considering buying the plugin, but I realized it’s not worth it. I’ll look for another more stable plugin than this one. I noticed that the bug started after the last update. It’s a shame because the idea of ​​an update would be to improve, not make things worse. Too sad!

    UPDATE: Solved, there was a loss of formatting with the update, but I resolved it by formatting everything again. Since it was just a question of aligning the logo in the header, I quickly corrected it, I hope this doesn’t happen again.

    I’m sorry to hear the plugin doesn’t work out for you. As mentioned in your ticket: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/disastrous-result-2/#post-17766879 We tested it and the alignment issue doesn’t happen on our sites, so it could be the email setup on your site or a conflict – either way, it’s a site specific issue (we also don’t receive any reports of similar issue recently after the latest updates – released on April 13th).

    In the latest release, we didn’t change any major feature so it should not affect that.
