• Hi,
I’m receiving a lot of emails of ithemes banning an IP. After a close lookup, it’s in fact the server IP.
Isn’t there a way to ignore the server IP ? It’s happening on a lot of my websites and doing that on eveyone is a little time consuming.
Any way to add it to the plugin’s core ? Or with a filter in functions.php ?
    Thanks !

How does such an email exactly look like ?

What web server is your site using ?

Is the site behind a proxy ?

Without additional info it’s going to be difficult to help you.

    Hi !

    Yeah sorry you’re right.

The mail is the one you receive when a host is blocked because too many tries in accessing a non existing file :

*This email was generated automatically by iThemes Security.

I’m using EasyEngine on a DH droplet, no proxy. It’s a classic NGINX server.

And second problem, I’m often receiving a LOT of mail for blocked users trying to connect with a wrong password. But it seems like the IP is not blocked when it should be.
