{{item.title}} vs. {{item.caption}}

Hi, {{item.title}} is a default tag for the lightbox that cycles through various potential values (including the caption field) to use for the title. This is done to ensure that a title is displayed in the lightbox as much as possible.

By contrast, {{item.caption}} uses the direct value from the media library’s Caption field for the image. If no caption is provided, this area will be left blank in the lightbox.
