    I have noticed that on the website the re-direct is not working and when they manually go back, the items are still in their basket after they have already paid?

    I am running version 4.8 as the client updated wordpress and all the plugins by mistake!!!

    Any ideas would really help.

    Read the documentation and follow all steps, you need to set up your worldpay account like it’s described in the documentation and upload the payment pages as described in the documentation. The latest plugin version is working with woocommoerce 3.0 update woocommerce or revert to and older version of the plugin.

    Thanks for the quick response…
    I have been over the settings several times…
    They are very straightforward and well documented.

    I have spoken to Worldpay, and they think it’s the SNI that’s causing the problem. Apparently, that’s part of https that they don’t support it.

    Does this make sense as I am using HTTPS and shared hosting with 1and1.
    There could be an issue with there SSL certificate?
