Hi Linus,
Are you using our plugin latest version(2.2) ?
Please let me know your active plugin version.
Please also share your added shortcode and screenshot of wrong stories.
Thanks!

Cool Timeline Team
Hey Narinder,
thank you very much for the quick response. 2.1 is installed but there is no option that says “update to 2.2″ in the backend.
This is the Shortcut we use:
[cool-timeline layout=”one-side” designs=”default” skin=”default” category=”festival-2017″ order=”ASC” show-posts=”25″ icons=”NO” animations=”none” date-format=”j. F” story-content=”full” based=”default”]
Thank you very much,
Linus

Hi Narinder,
thank you, I just generated a new User, you should have received an email.
I have checked timeline stories section and noticed that you have added some stories with date and some with custom order(label). So that’s why you are facing this problem.
You have to add stories in one standard(way) either using Date or Custom orders.
I have tested timeline stories on this page . It is working fine. Please check it.

So sorry, but even on the test site the order is not correct. I checked all timeline stories and now they’re all sorted by date. 🙁
Hi Narinder,
any ideas how to solve this? Maybe in an manual way or work around just to solve it for the moment? Our client needs the website to work correctly.
Linus
Hi Narinder,
the Plug In still does not work correctly. If you’re not able to provide a solution we have to find another Plug In 🙁 What to do?
