items duplicated

    Hi, i have a problem with duplicated items.

    Version 7.5.19

    e.g. with posts, theme twenty eleven (also on start page)
    WordPress 5.1.1

    each element is created twice (sometimes, somtimes not), second entry just with a surrounding <p></p>
