    Good morning,
    I installed the Kangu plugin to make shipping calculations, but in some orders some items are missing from the cart, could you help me how to solve this problem?

    It sounds like this could be a conflict with your theme or with the Kangu plugin.

    To be sure, please perform a full conflict test by temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront, disabling all plugins except WooCommerce, and repeating the action that is causing the problem. If that solves it, then re-enable all plugins one-by-one, until you find the one creating the conflict.
