Item Purchased Quantities

Forgive me if I’m missing the obvious but I can’t find an option that allows a customer to enter the quantity of what they are purchasing before they click on the add to cart button. On Nov 19, 2014 your site stated for v2.2:

A new quantity field displayed above the purchase buttons (if item quantities are enabled).

I already purchased your Checkout Fields Manager and also incorporated your Services addon. I am using your plugins for a restaurant and obviously a customer needs the ability to order multiple items of the same food product. Please advise.
