Hello,

I’m trying to use 3d flipbook on a new website, but I get a message “Item is not found”.
I tried with multiple pdf files.

Did you check the pdf URL? write a link to your page.

Probably a security plugin or the theme filter 3d-flip-book post type on the client side.

Default theme activated + all plugins but 3Dflipbook deactivated = issue still there
