 * Hello
 * I recently purchased Table Rate Plus have followed the instructions for the item
   count feature but I still have the message on my checkout saying ‘There are no
   shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if
   you need any help.’
 * Please advise me as to what could be the problem.
