Italian/other instead of German

    I am the developer of a plugin for taxi companies called CabGrid. I have a user also using Translate Press to manage translations on their site (address entered here).

    CabGrid has quite comprehensive translations and they are applied based on the WordPres locale.

    In this case, the translations are applied when the visitor switches locale, except when choosing German. In this case, the interface appears in [mostly] Italian.

    I have even removed the Italian translation files from the CabGrid plugin folder. It is still not showing in German.

    I cannot find a reason for this. I wondered if there was something I have missed?

    I have disabled all other plugins and switched to a default theme, but the problem persists.
