It would be great to add MIDI support

    Most files will be in video support, but we have a number of pieces for which we only have a MIDI file. Without consistent browser support it’s not as easy as a tag, but with libraries like MIDI.js it’s not unreasonably difficult. Any chance?

    Hmm, that’s a good idea, but I’m not sure whether it makes sense built into this plugin. It would probably work better as an add-on plugin. I’d probably want to see a good plugin that focuses on supporting MIDI upload and players, potentially with something like MIDI.js, first. Then, that plugin could be integrated here, or it could potentially be used directly by adding MIDI players in the description field.

    If you find any movement on a good midi-focused plugin, please let me know and I can look into making sure it works well with the sheet music post type.
