It works on multisite installations?

A few days ago I installed this plugin in a multisite environment but I just saw it working in the main blog. In a secondary blog I didn’t see the select box options to notify my users when somebody replies their comments.
Any info about how to configure this plugin to work well in multisite? If it’s possible.
