Joli TOC leverages the list li elements, and there are some default stylings with a CSS specificity that covers most use cases.

However, in some cases some themes have default styles for list elements with a higher CSS specifity, or with extra CSS properties, which can cause a Joli TOC theme to look slightly different than it should be.
