It works, but

There are inconsistencies in style between Gallery Templates. One template sets a white border on thumbnails, another has border choices. One template shows captions (in ALL CAPS – why?) on thumbnails, while other templates show no captions. One template centers thumbnails, while others left justify. Gutters (space between thumbnails) vary from template to template.

Unfortunately captions cover the bottom part of the pop-up full-size image, which is not good for my use (showcasing art for my client).

All pop-ups have a heavy white border (distracting) with attached prominent forward/back tabs. It would be preferable to have the image isolated in the light box (why else have a light box?) with the forward/back tabs set far from the image.
