• Installed Zoom and it works as advertised. I do have two problems with this product:

    1) When the developer says all options are stripped out for the free version, it means that even the settings page for the one active set of icons does not allow changes in the settings. I don’t mind having more icons in the full product, but make the limited set fully usable by the user. As is this a demo version for the final product–and it does not demo enough for me to know if I want to buy.

    2) The price is considerably higher than many other word press “PRO” add on products that have more functionality.

Make the settings page active for the one available set of icons so I can tweak on my site and have a more realistic price point and I’ll buy.

    Dear seedseller,

    1. As you said the free version of Zoom works as advertised. So,we do not see any reason for rating this plugin with three stars.
2.The price for the Pro version is fair, because premium quality support is provided by our team.

We will give you an additional discount for pro version and will be waiting and hoping for your feedback.
Please contact us(info@web-dorado.com), because the dissatisfaction of our customer is the most unwanted and demotivating thing for our team.

    Best regards

In my opinion, an unfair rating is the one star given by another user. I reserve that for something that does not work at all–four or five stars are for those products that work so well I cannot think of anything missing. But each user has their own set of criteria for their ratings.

I think I gave a fair evaluation of the product. I cannot tweak Zoom enough to know if those tweaks really function on my production site. The defaults work, but I don’t like your default settings. So I do not know how to give more stars in the rating until the issues I raise are fixed.

As to price, I have a price point that I will pay for products for my website. I have paid for several premium plugins–none of which was anywhere near your price. All of them have provided significant support as I needed it.

You know what you need to do to make a profit. So you set your price. If you guess right and have a viable product, the market will reward you. If you guess wrong, you will see few sales.

I didn’t see much competition for this plugin. Lower your price and I believe you will sell many more copies of your plugin. Make the options page work for one set of icons and you will sell many more copies.
