Support » Plugin: Flexible Checkout Fields for WooCommerce » It worked, sorta

  • I did not need the billing address 2, state nor country so I disabled those, but for some reason it also removed the city and zipcode placeholder and it did not allow me to fill in the correct placeholders. I had to introduce two new fields to replace them. So it worked, sorta

    Hello @ariwan,

    Thank you for your feedback.

Please note that WooCommerce does not support displaying placeholders for City and Postcode fields by default. Therefore, you can’t edit the placeholder of those fields using Flexible Checkout Fields plugin.

These fields are address locale dependent and cannot be modified. This is how the WooCommerce core works.

    Thanks for your understanding.
