  • So, I have been using this plugin for quite some time. Now, I’m am trying to either figure out which part of it to edit, or another alternative. Back in February they released updates which caused the activity section of my site to not upload images anymore. So, I went back to the old version and contacted support. Customer service briefly responded then, but didn’t really help or even try to. I contacted them several times since then and have never heard back. I have been paying for the premium version too. Other premium plugins such as Peepso and WordPress Forms Pro have World Class Excellent customer service and I highly recommend them. With Media Cloud if you look over the php files they created, you can tell they put a serious amount of time into it. But, if you need customer service for any issue, you are out of luck! Currently the plugin is causing 2 copies of every image uploaded. One copy includes the original image name and the second has additional letters and numbers in front. As a result, not only is there twice as many images taking up space, but it’s causing issues with WordPress getting images mixed up and displaying the wrong ones. So now, I’m stuck trying to find out how to edit the plugin or find an alternative to fix the issue because their customer support won’t respond to anything.
