Hi,
What’s the address of the site and I’ll take a look.
Can you confirm that the plug-in works as expected when the parent theme is active? This will rule out tied party issues.
Thanks,
Oliver
Yes, please! I have already tested with the original theme. When I switch to Twenty Twenty One the plugin works as expected.`
I’ve had a quick look and it could be pretty simple … can you please try changing the name of the child theme folder to “twentytwentyonechild” without a space before “child”?
I could be wrong but I seem to remember that child themes behave oddly when spaces are found in the name.
Thanks,
Oliver
Yes! That was it. After changing the folder name, the options appeared immediately! Thank you very much! I appreciate your assistance. One last favor: could you please remove the URL of the website from my previous response? Thanks again!
I thought that would be it. Somewhere in the Customizer (and I’ve been looking for the last hour because I want to report the bug to trac) the child theme “name” is sanitized with what I can only imagine is sanitize_title()
function (or similar) which strips out spaces etc and replaces with dashes.
I’m going to look again because it’s really bugging me.
I’m afraid I don’t have the ability to edit / delete your comments, sorry. You might be able to ask a moderator to do so.

Thank you @fierevere for your response. I have carefully red the regulation. For me is both legal and security issue because 1st) I do not own the domain and 2nd) the response is public and someone can target it. Moreover, the forum system does not allow for adding the URL to the custom field after the initial post. Else, I would have added it there. At least move the URL there, please.
