You could have submitted a bug report so I could resolve the issue because normally, if it is a bug, a new version/hotfix is uploaded or provided.

The jQuery styling was just a prototype for backend mechanics and is being updated with 0.4.

1 star is honestly an unfair rating, and hurts the plugin. Thanks…

If it’s not ready for prime time, put a “beta” on it and I’ll help you troubleshoot it and will not rate it low. If you release software as final and stable it should be properly tested.

That’s why I haven’t made it a 1.0 release candidate yet. I use Semantic Versioning for determining what version to mark releases, and since APL is core extension, there are multiple stages of development in order to reach the final intended version. Plus, others may still find it rather useful, and the open source community potentially provides support and input which helps with development.

Versions 0.X would usually be reserved for development, and since APL may still undergo dramatic changes, I have been holding off on 1.0 public release.

However, I do also utilize Alpha and Beta tags until most bugs produced have been fixed, and I may release betas to discover more bugs, but as a public download a numeric value would be common practice.

Occasionally, others discover bugs that normally don’t occur. Either by conceptual use or environment settings. If you get a PHP Error, it helps to have an issue report with the error produced and/or a description on how to reproduce the result. It helps the developers, and it helps others, like you, to continue to improve various plugins.
