You should reach out to support so I can identify any issues. We mention in the plugin FAQ and description that because of your theme things may not look 100%. There’s no way I can design something that looks good on 100% of websites.
I also provided hours and hours of time on this and gave it away for free so I would appreciate it if you would retract your review, and reach out to me in support so I can actually help you. Giving me a 2 star review without even giving me the opportunity to make my plugin better is of no help to me or anyone else who will use the plugin.
Can you please consider my request?
I should also mention that pro version of the plugin comes with CSS assistance so things will look just right for your theme.
The forms have placeholder text in the input as well. This is not a fault of the plugin and in the demo this is how the form fields are shown. This is placeholder text, not actually filled-in text. Lot of forms do this, and we do it to save space. This text can be so easily changed with CSS.
Once again, please remove your review and give me the opportunity to help you as that way I can improve the plugin if necessary.
