• Do not install! Once installed and activated, you can no longer access your administration area. It was hard to find a solution to turn it off, but I found and resolved my problem.

I’ll help you solve yours. If you are having the same problem, do this:

Access the file manager of your hosting Cpanel or through an FTP program like Filezilla. I will assume that you have this basic knowledge.

Navigate to the / wp-content / folder, rename the “plugins” folder to any name. After you do this, all your plugins are disabled. From there, you can access your site, for example: http://www.yoursite.com/wp-admin.

Enter your site and notice that all plugins are disabled … Do log out.

Now go back to the folder that you renamed and put its original name “plugins” again. After that you will have all the functionality of installed plugins again, but now are not active. So now you can delete the program that was giving problems and enable others.

    I hope this helps. Hug!
