So much better than manual management

    I’ve been using this for 3 years and love it. I can’t imagine how much time I spent before this trying to manage 26 sites manually. I did have a recent issue with 4 sites on one server (of 14) that disconnected without any known reason, which was frustrating and time-consuming trying to resolve, but ManageWP fixed itself the same day and they were very responsive to my questions.

    They claim “it just works” … but it is not right now. Just to add — the sites in question have the exact same server spec, same version of WordPress etc. Even deleting the ManageWP plugin didn’t help. And for the one with Wordfence, I added the ManageWP management IP and made sure ManageWP was in the allowed list (and also tried reconnecting with the firewall completely disabled). Nothing fixes it. Hours lost. Much frustration!

    Fixed now … thankfully same day. ManageWP also reached out to me and responded quickly (via FB) which was very reassuring.
