“It took longer than expected for the system to respond” Google Ads

Hi there!
I’m repeteatly having this stubborn issue: “It took longer than expected for the system to respond” when trying to bind my Google Ads account (and after completing the billing details) to the Google Listing & Ads plugin on Woocommerce.
I talked to the Google Ads support and they say they can’t do anything as it’s a plugin-end issue, and I don’t have any problems to the bank I’m adding the account to.
Could it be a matter of having the same bank details to another Google Ads account?
I also tried to use the same Google Ads account. Everything works fine, except I’m always logged out in the plugin from the Google Merchant Center and I can’t tell if the ads are running or not. I have to log in everytime.
Note: I’m using Google Listing & Ads on another Woocommerce website which works just fine; I never get signed out from there and the plugin just does good. I thought this might create the issue? Using the plugin on 2 different sites with the same Google credentials?
