It stopped working and they ignored me

This worked fine for a bit, but eventually it didn’t work. Basically, no matter how I set the min/max pageviews for it to show, it would either show not at all or all the time. I contacted support and it’s been two months and they have ignored me. I also followed up with them. I was using the paid version, and needless to say I’ve stopped.
