If you say that the plugin stopped working, I assume that something changed, so please provide more details.
I’d do the following anyway:
Please make sure that ‘Clean Uninstall’ is checked. Then disable and delete the plugin and install it from scratch. Review the settings and turn on the plugin. Then create and save a new post for testing purposes (with a tag into the title/content).
Tried above solution, but still not working. I think after wordpress core Update, it’s not working since then.
