It stoped working – File not found

    After a few months using the plugin it stoped working. I opened a support topic and, after two months exchanging emails, no progress was made. The support team finally said “we are simply unable to replicate this issue”. Moving to another plugin has done the job.

    What I regret is the delay of the support team in giving me this answer.
