    It shows that the download was successful, but it doesn’t show anything

    I don’t see the downloaded cvs file

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    Can you please let me know if a new browser window is opened after clicking on the Download file button? If yes, then can you please check if the file is created in the /wp-content/webtoffee_export/ folder? If yes, then please share the system status via support.
