When I enable SG security addon, Elementor CSS doesn’t work unless I switch CSS Print Method into Internal Embedding – which is not optimal for the page loading.

Is there a way to display pages without hindrance?

    Thanks!

    Hey there @intelmouse,

There should be no conflicts with the ELementor since the Plugin is not making any changes to the HTML of the website.

Would it be possible to provide more details on the issue you are experiencing and steps to replicate it?

    Kind regards,
    Stoyan

All I did was add the plugin and edit live website. Newly added Elementor section CSS was completely ignored and to make it work, I had to switch CSS Print Method into Internal Embedding

    Hey there @intelmouse,

We did extensive testing and we were not able to replicate the issue you were experiencing. We’ve enabled external embedding in our test environment as well as all-new features Elementor is providing and no conflicts were present.

    Kind regards,

This has happened to me as well. I wasn’t even aware of this plugin and only have Elementor, SG Optimizer and UpdraftPlus plugins installed. When I first created the homepage, it displayed fine in Elementor’s editing interface but the live page was ignoring some basic styling.

When I returned a little while ago to troubleshoot, Elementor editing wouldn’t even load anymore and I put it in safe mode. I deactivated each plugin and everything works and displays fine when I deactivate SiteGround Security.

    Any thoughts?

    Many thanks,
    Sara

After updating to Elementor 3.4 I was unable to open the Elementor editor to edit an existing page. Deactivating SiteGround Security fixes the issue. I can replicate the issue by activating SiteGround Security again – Elementor editor doesn’t load.

It seems there is a conflict between the two at the moment.

    Hello,

I came here to report the issue and it looks like it’s already been done!

+1 for also having the same issue with Elementor Pro.

    Thanks

Pleae, do not hijack the thread. Open a new one and provide your site URL and we will look into it.
