It registers new contacts but doesn't track them it returning visits

    It’s not about deleted cookies since I’ve tried creating a new contact and returning to the site after a couple of minutes with the same browser… first time it register me in real time, but it didn’t when i came back.

    Version is 3.1.6

    We are having the same problem. Tracks initial visits, but not return visits.

    @dantesama – Can you please post the URL of your site or email support@leadin.com with your domain so we can take a closer look?

    I’m working with bopjo1 already to figure out what’s going here and having two sites to check for patterns will be really helpful in debugging the issue.

    Hmm – everything seems to check out… Would you be able to create andy@leadin.com an administrative username to your WordPress dashboard so I can take a deeper look for you?
