    I signed up for Backup Guard a year or so ago. I forgot to link to my site for auto updates and found I was not longer backing up to DropBox. Well I wrote to them and they walked me though how to get the latest version and set it up. They were are so patient with someone of limited Tech IQ… just terrific support which means as much as a plug in that just plain works.
