I was using a different url shortener. It stopped working. I deleted it. Then I installed this plugin. i am getting the same problem.
error i got:
Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Can you please deactivate all other plugins and check whether URL Shortify works or not?
If that works, means some plugin is conflicting with URL Shortify.
If that doesn’t work, there must be some other issue.
