it is not tracking

Hi
I have a tracking system via my CRM so I know from where the leads are coming,
I see many leads coming from affiliates but the plugin doesn’t recognize them.
I wrote you a few times and I really didn’t understand why it is happening, I got a short answer that I cant understand.

I need to know now if this plugin (and I have a few paied addons) is safe for my affiliates, or if it is better to find another solution.

this is that I see in the “/logs/wpam-log.txt” file:
FAILURE : WooCommerce Integration – could not get wpam_id/wpam_refkey from cookie. This is not an affiliate sale

and I know for sure that it is affiliate referal
