Dear customer if it don’t work there are support forum and support email given in our description. What about general options: lightbox plugin works imitatively after installation and it’s of course have free version and we always fix bugs and add new features as youtube and vimeo lightbox, we even provide free support on free version but to do that to keep professional development and support team so we have to put a little price for general options. We think that 10$ is not the big size for so much usable options.
All one stares given to our plugin apply to its pro version and closed options but we should understand that on wordpress we shouldn’t rate pro version of plugin, other people will not read the real reason of bad review and will think that it has bugs and bad functionality but it doesn’t.
