it is not compatible for local server

It certainly is compatible with localhost setups, but sometimes we run into a licensing issue whereas the system is trying to register your trial and the various locations are already registered, since localhost is common. A good solution is to name it something unique like localhost/yourdomainname

This way itt’s in a unique folder name that nobody else will likely have and the trial system can register and continue.
