Support » Plugin: Paid Memberships Pro » It is counterproductive and cumbersome for the user

  • If you plan to sell a membership with it, the user has access to specific courses.
    DO NOT BUY THIS PLUGIN!
It does not have that functionality.
Therefore, once the user buys the membership, he has to choose the courses that are included one by one, and nobody understands how to do it because it really does not make sense to buy a membership and then enroll one by one in each course.

    Hi, viajesnico.

I’m sorry PMPro didn’t work out for you. I hope you are able to find a solution for charging access to your courses. It would help us for the future to know what courseware plugin you were using if any or how you were building your courses.

We’re working on tighter integration with courseware plugins now and plan to publish content around this to help folks set sites up with that use case, which may help others avoid the issues you ran into.

    Good luck with the site.

viajesnico, I can’t find a paid account under that name or anything similar. Be sure to reach out through our contact form to request a refund if you haven’t already.
