This morning we applied the pending updates and updated the plugin to version 1.8.0. After the update, it no longer displays the graphs, and the data tables display an empty JSON file with the message “data is undefined.”

    Pages table:

    Error: [“pages”,”2025-03-30″,”2025-03-30″,{“filters”:{“browser”:””,”country_code”:””,”device”:””,”goal_id”:””,”page_id”:””,”page_url”:””,”platform”:””,”referrer”:””},”group_by”:[“page_url”],”metrics”:[“page_url”,”pageviews”]}] data is undefined

    Referrers table:

    Error: [“referrers”,”2025-03-30″,”2025-03-30″,{“filters”:{“browser”:””,”country_code”:””,”device”:””,”goal_id”:””,”page_id”:””,”page_url”:””,”platform”:””,”referrer”:””},”group_by”:[“referrer”],”metrics”:[“referrer”,”pageviews”]}] data is undefined

    Hi @spacebits,

Can you try visiting your website dashboard in an anonymous window, to ensure that no browser caching is causing this?

Sure. I’ve tried it and it’s still the same.

I’ve discovered that disabling “All-In-One Security” makes it work again. The website has had both plugins for weeks and they were working. There must be some new incompatibility issue.

Can you make an export of the AIOS settings and send them to support(at)burst-statistics.com? I’m currently in contact with the AIOS developers about this.

I was able to reproduce the issue with the 5G/6G setting. Even after disabling them the issue persists. On one test site I was able to fix it by enabling the 5G setting again, but on another this did not work, so my assumption currently is that AIOS does not completely disable this setting somehow.

Ok, so this is what I got back from AOIS. There appears to be an issue in the AIOS plugin that prevents the 5G rules from being removed when the feature is disabled. It will be resolved soon, but for now you can resolve it by disabling it, then deactivate the AIOS plugin, then activate it again.

I have tested this, and it resolve the issue on the test site.
