It fails every time you update it

    This plugin was working fine until today, but now, after update, it fails in all areas.
    When I choose an item in the shopping cart, it only tells me the first weight and amount in the table, it completely ignores the actual weight of the item, as it was doing until today.
    Everything is well configured, the shipping system by weight is activated, the zones and rates are loaded, the articles have their indicated weight that ranges from 10g to 2 kg, but it does not matter the article or the total weight, you only gives the minimum rate.
    Does anyone know what is happening?

    This is my table for Spain:

    20 | 4.75
    50 | 4.75
    100 | 5.50
    500 | 8.55
    1000 | 8.75
    2000 | 12.10

    For any purchase only indicates 4.75 euros`

    Try deactivating them one by one and/or check which ones have been recently updated.

    Hi.
    I have deactivated each plugin one by one, then I have checked the shopping cart in two different browsers for each test, updating the page and trying to change the location of the recipient to see if the deactivation of the plugin affected it or not.
    I have done this procedure with all the plugins, 27 in total.
    The result has been negative. It does not matter the weight of the product that you place in the shopping cart or the number of units, the amount of the shipping calculation always returns the first value in the table, that is, the minimum rate by weight.
    I need urgent help, my online store is stopped for this reason, I cannot sell anything because the shipping costs are wrong.
    Please, help.

    Have you tried clearing the WooCommerce cache and enabling the plugin’s debug option to see the calculations performed on the cart?

    Hi, I have cleared all of these caches:

    WooCommerce temporary data
    This tool will clear the cache of temporary product / store data

    Empty the template cache
    Note: This tool will flush the template cache.

    Clear WooCommerce Payments account cache
    This tool will clear the account cached values that are used in WooCommerce Payments.

    Empty analytics cache
    This tool will reset the cached values used by WooCommerce analytics. If you still see the wrong numbers try re-importing the historical data.

    Without result, everything remains the same.

    But I have no idea how to activate the debug option of AWD Weight / Country Shipping

    Sorry but our plugin is WC – APG Weight Shipping not AWD Weight / Country Shipping.

    But neither works.

    Use only one, never both. That’s probably the problem you’re having.

    Our plugin works fine without any reported bug. Please check your configuration.
