It doesn’t work with mobile sites

    Hello @kurlandly

    Maybe your theme (or another plugin) is messing/conflicting with it?

    We tested it in our end at mobile devices and it’s working perfectly.

    To troubleshoot, disable all plugins but WooCommerce and temporarily switch to the “Default” theme – does it work?

    If yes, you have a conflict with your current theme or one of the plugins.

    Hi @im_niloy Niloy! Thanks for the answer.

    Nope, it doesn’t work with the default (Storefront) as well. I’ve tried many themes, including Blocksy (the one I use), Neve, Astra, and more. On the cellphone, it doesn’t display the images within the free version. Does it display them in the paid, perhaps? But I will not buy if I’m not sure

    Did you try by disable other plugins?

    I just tested it by using “Twenty Twenty-Three” theme with a real device and did not find any issues.
