# it doesn’t work sometimes

 * Hi everybody,
 * I don’t know why but sometimes it simply doesn’t work. I click on the day and
   the hour, and the page just refreshes and no more. I try to write the email but
   it says that first I have to choose day and hour. And so on over and over again.
 * If I can’t be 100% sure that it works, I cannot put it in my page.
 * Please, someone can help?

 * That may happens if some page builder is converting the plugin shortcode to text.
