# It doesn't work

 * Hi!
 * I have no idea was wrong but the plugin simply won’t work. I installed this along
   with your [WooCommerce Remove Product Sorting](https://www.skyverge.com/product/woocommerce-remove-product-sorting/)
   plugin, I activated them both and the options appear on the WC Settings, I saved,
   but nothing: sorting stays the same, doesn´t add nor delete any option.
 * I’m using the Enfold theme, latest version. WordPress, WC, and all other plugins
   are also up to date.

 * Hey [@therqworld](https://wordpress.org/support/users/therqworld/) looks like
   your theme has probably overridden the sorting dropdown — could you please try
   it out in a default theme, i.e. TwentyTwelve, and let me know if this persists?

 * Thanks for the quick response. Yes, you’re right, I tried it with the TwentyFifteen
   and it works… I’m using [Enfold](http://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990),
   I already contacted their support, but still I wonder if you have any idea on
   how to fix it.

 * Hey [@therqworld](https://wordpress.org/support/users/therqworld/), I’m afraid
   that they’re probably completely overriding it, so it can’t be fixed per say,
   unless they correctly pull in the options from WooCommerce instead of hard-coding
   the sorting options into the theme. This is something they’ll have to do on their
   end.
