    Instead of leaving a 1 star review which isn’t constructive, I recommend you create a support ticket where we can assist you.

    Typically if you receive that notice, it’s because shipping options haven’t been configured for the address that you’re selecting in the PayPal wallet.

    I found your support request (ticket #15208) and you did in fact receive a reply on Mar 5th, 3:44pm PST. You submitted your request on Mar 5th, 2:21pm PST. That means we replied to you in just over an hour.

    Even if you hadn’t received a reply yet, it’s been less than 24 hrs. It’s unreasonable to demand a reply faster than that.

    If you can’t find support’s reply in your inbox, I recommend you create a support ticket here or on the WordPress support page.
