    We are very happy with this plugin. It does exactly what we need, and we can customize it easily. The admin can even use it from the phone, which is very practical.

    The free version is already enough if you have a small business like us. But it also shows you what you could get with the paid plans, like more admins, FAQ, automation and other cool features.

    Big thanks to Karina from customer care! She helped us a lot with our problem, and maybe she even saved someone’s vacation 🙂
