Hi, you probably have to FTP into your site and rename the plugins folder. Then you should be able to log back in.
After that, enable the plugin and run the set up process again.

What do you mean by “run the set up process again.”? Do I have to remove it and install it again?
Hi, the reason why I said run the set up process again is because of the following error message.
ERROR: The Google Authenticator code is incorrect or has expired
You might need to re scan the bar code again using your mobile phone.
I tried both. I removed it and reinstall it, scanned the code but the same issue.
I didn’t work out for me even the brand new site. There is something wrong with it.
You might need to check your server log files. They might share some input into this issue. I have this plugin running well on different servers and with the latest WordPress version.
