Hello,
would you please make sure the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode is present on the “/checkout/” page?
yes, it was there always. that is the reason elementor never opened it up ever.
And if you deactivate the Multi-Step Checkout plugin the checkout form shows up alright?
hi
but there are no fields which must come up.
I am getting something like this within the element or panel. but it worked on preview mode but can not change the style and design of the pages. it is a limitation. some webhooks are not working due to itheme security(wordfence) I guess. and Razorpay had a faulty incompatible plugin
thx

If there are no checkout fields showing up without the Multi-Step Checkout plugin installed, then there will be no multi-step checkout fields showing with the Multi-Step Checkout plugin installed.
I’m not sure what is the problem. Maybe the faulty webhooks due to iTheme Security plugin or incompatibility of the Razorpay plugin. You’ll have to find out by yourself by deactivating the other plugins one by one until the checkout page works alright.
