• 4 months of back and forth with support tickets and useless time wasting.
Half of my orders have something wrong with it because of this dumb plugin.

Thousands of lines of code so complicated that I can’t figure anything out to fork it and fix things myself.
And apparently they made it so hard to work with that they can’t figure it out themselves either.

The absolutely inability to resolve any issues from their support nerds is appalling and a waste of everyone’s time.

And what’s worse. It’s the only one that barely works… So I can’t even switch to another plugin.

    Hi @adegans

    Greetings from Webtoffee!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback—we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand your frustration.

It’s clear that the plugin didn’t meet your expectations, and that our support efforts fell short in resolving the issues you encountered. That is never the experience we want for anyone using our plugin. While we strive to provide reliable solutions and prompt support, we recognize that certain environments and edge cases can create complexities, and it’s clear we could have handled this better in your case.

We also hear your concerns about the complexity of the code and the difficulty you’ve faced trying to work with or troubleshoot it yourself. Our team is actively working on improving the plugin’s stability and maintainability, and your comments give us important insight into what still needs attention.

While we regret that things didn’t go the way you (or we) had hoped, we’re more than willing to take another look—whether that’s reviewing the case again or escalating it internally. If you’re open to it, we’d love the opportunity to make things right.

Thank you again for your feedback—it’s critical to helping us improve and serve our users better. We genuinely appreciate it, even when it’s tough to hear.
